The brand-new multi-functional Lifestyle Centre further elevates the village offering. It includes a Wiesenhof Lifestyle restaurant, bar, and deli with an adjoining coffee bar, supported by generous dining areas, business lounge, and outdoor terraces with sweeping views. Social and cultural amenities range from a library and reading lounge to lecture and cinema rooms, an art studio, and dedicated bridge and chess facilities. Cobus Bedeker, Managing Director of Evergreen Property Developments, confirmed that the expansion at Evergreen Val de Vie forms part of a wider R4 billion investment across four of the Group’s Western Cape villages. This growth strategy follows the successful launch of Evergreen’s eighth retirement village at Sitari Country Estate last year, and underpins the company’s long-term vision to deliver 10,000 homes across 20 villages, valued at R30 billion, within the next decade.
